Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We always collect a full payment at checkout. You can not cancel a fully paid pre-order order that has been fulfilled.

Return Initiation: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached) within 14 days.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not compensated or reimbursed by Atarah Chai.
