Thank you for shopping with Atarah Chai. Because we process and prepare your orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery, we are unable to accommodate any order modifications or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

Returns & Deliveries

Once your package arrives, you are welcome to initiate a return in accordance with our standard return policy. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We always collect a full payment at checkout. You can not cancel a fully paid pre-order order that has been fulfilled. 

14 days return 

• Return Initiation: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached) within 14 days.

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not compensated or reimbursed by Atarah Chai.
