Shipping policy

Shipping
Most of our orders are shipped 1-2 days from purchase pending availability and finalized payment transaction. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-9  business days of its ship date (depending on delivery location). If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the express delivery shipping option (only available for The Netherlands). We do not ship on Sundays and on Dutch holidays. Once your package has been signed for and delivered, Atarah Chai is not responsible for theft or damage. If you choose to waive the signature, your package is only insured through transit, and you will bear responsibility upon delivery. Atarah Chai  is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

Pre-order
You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. if your order includes items that are not on pre-order, they will have to wait and be shipped with the pre-ordered item. If you want them to be delivered separately please place separate orders. The pre-orders will be shipped when the products arrive. This will always be communicated on the product page.
