Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We always collect a full payment at checkout. You can not cancel a fully paid pre-order order that has been fulfilled.

  • Return Initiation: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached) within 14 days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not compensated or reimbursed by Atarah Chai.

During your night out, keep important items such as your keys, card wallet, earphones and lipgloss in the Khadasha Bag. It is small yet practical thanks to its distinctive shape. The little handbag can be carried by the acrylic top handles or with the long removable gold chain strap.
